One of the latest campsites in Tanay, Rizal, WK Forest Reserve & Campgrounds is a favorite amongst 4×4 enthusiast. The road to the site can only be traversed by hiking, motorbike or a 4×4 vehicle. During summer and with expert driving skills, you can bring your 4×2 SUV.
The campsite offers a secure and private place to camp. Away from the main streets and the busy towns of the nearby barangay. You may choose from 3 types of campsites, 2 of which have access to a modern toilet and outdoor shower area:
- Open Camp (nearest to the toilet) – open ground, best for star gazing
- Forest Camp (just above the open camp) – with plenty of trees to serve as a sunshade. Hang your hammocks here and enjoy the cold breeze of Tanay
- Overlooking camp (the latest to open) – offers a stunning view of the mountain range and the river.
